CHECK TSB FOR CODES FIRST. NO TSB. CHECKED LIVE DATA O2 SENSOR READINGS OK. NO VISUAL DAMAGE TO CAT. CONFIRMED CAT BAD. FOR COOLANT RELATED CODES. DISCOVERED BODY DAMAGE ON LEFT FRONT SECTION BY HEAT STORAGE TANK UNIT. NEED ADDITIONAL 2 HR TO CHECK ELECTRICAL WIRE ISSUE TO CONFIRM.
found main coolant reservoir fluid level was low, at least 30 ounces of fluid. checked for any leaks by inspecting hoses, electric water pump, and coolant heater storage tank. no leaks found at this time. checked all connections and grounds with multimeter no lose of power, or damage to any wires or connections. since no leaks were found, possible cause could've been faulty or weak water pump. after testing through live data found water pump functioning at normal levels and temperatures. after testing found most possible cause of issues to be the coolant heater storage tank. multiple points of damage also found to front bash bar, left side wheel well liner, both front left and right side skid plate, and minor structural damage above coolant heater storage tank.
