Check TIREFIT sealant expiration date (where applicable). If expired, replace it. Activate Tire Pressure Monitoring System.] TRUNK LIGHTING – INSPECT – [Check trunk/cargo compartment lighting for correct function.] VEHICLE – INSPECT – [Check vehicle's exterior for damage in visible area. - FOUND REAR RIGHT CALIPER SEIZED INSIDE PAD 0MM OUTSIDE 6MM. RECOMMEND REAR RIGHT CALIPER AND BRAKE SERVICE.
- FRONT 39 REAR 39 (IN PSI UNIT) INSPECT TIRES AND ADJUST/INFLATE TIRE PRESSURE
- BRAKE INSPECTION:FRONT (6 mm) REAR ( 6/0 mm) LINING REMAINING
- PERFORM BATTERY TEST – PASSED
- PERFORM MULTI INSPECTION
- RESET REMINDER( ) REMINDER STICKER ( ) TEST DRIVE ( ) MILES
- WHEEL LOCK (IF APPLICABLE) RESTORE ORIGINAL LOCATION.
- TORQUE ALL LUG NUTS PER OEM SPEC (IF WHEELS REMOVED)
- CALIPER – Remove & Replace – One Side,Front or Rear – [Includes: Bleed Brake System and replace Pads (if necessary).]
- Remove and Replace Rear pads, Lube all Caliper Moving Mechanism. Check for Brake Hydraulic system and Brake Rotors. Test Drive
- BRAKE ROTOR REPLACEMENT
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
