- PASS SLIDING DOOR OUTER HANDLE
- FRONT BRAKE ROTOR WARP. REAR BRAKE LEFT SIDE PAD CHUNK BROKE OFF. REPLACE ALL.
- FOUND SPARK PLUG OLD AND WORN OUT. ALSO THROTTLE BODY HAS HEAVY CARBON DEPOSIT BUILD UP. RECOMMEND NEW SPARK PLUGS AND OVERHAUL THROTTLE BODY.
- FRONT 50 REAR 80 (IN PSI UNIT) INSPECT TIRES AND ADJUST/INFLATE TIRE PRESSURE
- FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS ALL REPLACED.
- PERFORM BATTERY TEST – PASSED
- PERFORM MULTI INSPECTION
- TEST DRIVE ( 7 ) MILES
- 125 FT LB
- THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY – Remove & Overhaul & Reinstall – V8 – [Includes: Perform Relearn procedure.]
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V8
- Remove and Replace Rear pads, Lube all Caliper Moving Mechanism. Check for Brake Hydraulic system and Brake Rotors. Test Drive
- BRAKE ROTOR REPLACEMENT
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Road test vehicle.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Do pressure test cooling system. Drain and fill engine, radiator, heater core section and fill with new coolant. Bleed coolant system per oe recommended procedure, check thermostat and elec. cooling fan operation. Perform drive cycle and test drive.
- Remove and Replace Front pads, Lube all Caliper Moving Mechanism. Check for Front Brake Hydraulic system and Brake Rotors. Test Drive
