- Remove and Replace Front pads, Lube all Caliper Moving Mechanism. Check for Front Brake Hydraulic system and Brake Rotors. Test Drive
- Check for minimum thickness and machine brake disk rotors, using on car brake lathe.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Lubricate and check chassis Change oil and oil filter. Check wiper blades Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Check belts and hoses Check Front brake and check steering Preform basic safety inspection. APPROVED: BMW LL01; MB-APP 229.5; VW 502.00/505.00
- REPLACE CABIN AIR FILTER
- FRONT 30 REAR 30 (IN PSI UNIT) INSPECT TIRES AND ADJUST/INFLATE TIRE PRESSURE
- BRAKE INSPECTION:FRONT ( 1 mm) REAR ( 5 mm) LINING REMAINING
- PERFORM BATTERY TEST – PASSED
- PERFORM MULTI INSPECTION
- RESET REMINDER( ) REMINDER STICKER ( ) TEST DRIVE ( ) MILES
- WHEEL LOCK (IF APPLICABLE) RESTORE ORIGINAL LOCATION.
- TORQUE ALL LUG NUTS PER OEM SPEC (IF WHEELS REMOVED)
- PERFORM WIPE DOWN ALL STAIN MARK (DOOR HANDLES, WINDOW SWITCH, STEERING WHEEL, OUTSIDE BODY)
